Tammy
I’m a senior, finally, working on my graphic design degree. I love to think creatively and see what comes of it. I’ve always been flexible and ready to tackle new things. Each project is like an adventure. I try not to dwell on stress… I have enough of that at work.
Like Batman, I fight crime at night… and sleep (sometime) during the day… as a Dispatcher for the Fort Worth Police Department. It’s a steady paycheck and definitely gets you to handle stress on the fly.
I’ve been working on this college thing for the last 10 years… part time, on one year, off a year, pay as you go, yada yada yada. It’s not the most efficient road to success, but I’ve enjoyed the pitt stops. I’ve had time to explore where my passions are and Design seems to have hit the mark. I am glad to be at UTA since they teach you much more than just how to use the programs. I look forward to being pushed, hassled, wrestled, and guided toward perfection.
In the meantime, I enjoy playing online and offline video games, reading books, being hooked on DVR’d programs like Trueblood and spending time with family (with whatever time I have leftover). It can be a hectic schedule, but that’s why I took the summer off to rest, reconnect, and recouperate.
So now for the fun part… guess where I went on vacation?
